Everything you liked about a drink. None of what came after.
A cold can in your hand. The ritual of cracking it open. Fifteen minutes later you feel a light buzz, the day stops sitting on your shoulders, tension leaves, and the room gets cozier. That part you keep.
What you don’t keep is the heavy head at 2 a.m., the morning you write off, the can-is-open-so-I-might-as-well-finish-it guilt. You’re still yourself the whole way through — still aware, still following the conversation, still in control.
Whether it’s a comfy night in or waiting for the first guests ringing the bell for your dinner party, it works any time, because Budpop THC Sodas are here to elevate the moment, not take it over. No regrets, just good times and good vibes from the first pop to the last drop.
Most of these replace the drink without replacing what it did.
You put the wine down for a reason, and the reason wasn’t that you disliked the evening. It was the morning. So when you swap it for a can, the can has to do the job the glass was doing.
Most of them are built not to. The cans say it themselves — microdose, social tonic, just a tiny bit — and a lot of them pair a small amount of THC with two or three times as much CBD to keep things gentle. Nothing on the label tells you what that feels like or when it wears off.
So you end up guessing. You drink one and barely notice it, or open a second because the first didn’t land. Either way you’ve swapped your drink for something that isn’t one.
Pure THC, with nothing in the can holding it back.
There’s no CBD in this soda, and that’s the point. CBD has its benefits. But when it is paired with THC, it softens THC’s effects, dulling the exact thing you swapped your drink for in the first place. So it isn’t in our soda.
What is in our soda? Pure THC, nano-emulsified into tiny droplets that disperse throughout the liquid instead of sitting in it. That means faster absorption, so you can start feeling the effects in minutes rather than waiting up to an hour like you might with a gummy or other edibles.
Nano-emulsified THC per 12 oz can
No CBD = No dulling THC’s effects
Serving per can, so the number on the label is the number you drink
Onset and duration windows. Effects vary by person and tolerance.
Two strengths. Here's how to know which one is yours.
Same soda, same flavor, same everything else. The only difference is the number — and the difference between them is roughly the difference between one drink and a couple.
The one instead of a glass of wine.
Start here if you haven’t had a THC drink before, or you’ve had one and it did the job. Also the right pick if you’d rather sip two across an evening than commit to one. Try 5mg if you:
- Are new to THC, or new to drinking it.
- Want to stay clearly in control.
- Like pacing a drink over a few hours.
The one instead of two or three.
Start here if you’ve had a THC drink and found lower doses didn’t quite hit the way you wanted. Or you already use edibles and know where 10mg lands for you. Try 10mg if:
- You've been underwhelmed by a can before.
- You want one drink to do the whole job.
- You use gummies and know your dose.
You open it cold and start drinking.
First lift. Stress starts letting go and you start to feel alive.
Full effect. Where you’ll sit for most of the evening.
Tapers off. You go to bed normally, and the morning is just another morning.
Seven ingredients. You'll recognize all of them.
Carbonated water, cane sugar, natural flavor, citric acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, hemp extract.
Real cane sugar
Not sucralose, not stevia, not allulose. Artificial sweeteners are the reason a lot of low-calorie drinks leave an aftertaste you have to get used to. This one doesn’t have one.
Cherry & lime
Two flavors nobody has to look up. Sweet cherry first, a hint of fresh berries, and zesty lime to finish. No botanicals, no herbs, nothing that divides a room.
As natural as it gets
No dyes, no hard-to-pronounce ingredients. Just seven ingredients, and every single one serves a purpose.
Hemp extract (nano-emulsified THC)
USA-grown. Third-party tested. Nano-emulsified THC breaks into tiny droplets that disperse throughout the liquid, helping your body absorb it faster and feel the effects sooner.
Yes, there's sugar in it.
Just 90 calories a can, made with real cane sugar. That’s what a real soda should be — and it’s way less than what you’d have been drinking instead.
Calories — this can
A glass of wine or beer
A cocktail
If you want the lighter end of the lineup, Cran Razz is the same drink at only 45 calories.
"What if I drink one and feel nothing?"
Fair question, and the right one to ask — you’re giving up a drink for this. Three things…
The dose isn't hedged.
10 mg of THC, no CBD alongside it, one serving per can. Nothing in the formula is quietly working in the other direction. You literally get what you paid for.
It's built to absorb, not to sit.
Nano-emulsification is the reason a drink can work in minutes whereas an edible takes an hour. It’s the whole point of putting THC in liquid.
And if it still doesn't land?
You have 30 days. If the experience isn’t what we said it would be, tell us and we’ll make it right. No argument, no hoops — it’s the Budpop way.
It's a soda. It tastes like one.
Many of these drinks go botanical, with grown-up flavors like cardamom, elderflower, rosemary, and lavender that are genuinely divisive. If you’ve bought one and found yourself cutting it with juice to get through the can, that’s not you being fussy.
Budpop THC soda is flavor-forward. Always. Cherry and lime need no explanation. Sweet cherry, a zesty hit of lime, real cane sugar, nothing artificial, and no weird aftertaste. It’s cold, it’s a soda, and you don’t have to acquire the taste. You’ll love it from the first pop.
100,000+ people have bought from Budpop. This is our first drink. It won't be the last.
This soda is new, so there are no reviews of it yet. What there is: more than a hundred thousand people who bought from us before it existed, and a lab report on every batch of this one.

How it compares to the rest of the shelf.
We’re not the lightest drink on the shelf and we’re not trying to be — the point is to replace what you were drinking, not to weigh less than water. Here’s how it stacks up.

Our THC soda is hemp-derived and federally compliant (contains 0.3% or less Delta-9), which makes it legal in most states. We only ship to states where hemp-derived products are legal.
Yes, it can. This is real Delta-9 THC. If you’re tested for work, or anticipate a drug test in the future, don’t drink it.

That’s yours to decide, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise. Our sodas contain THC, so it isn’t a non-alcoholic beer — it’s a different type of drink that does a different job. It has no alcohol in it (0.0% ABV). If you’re in recovery, talk to whoever you’d normally talk to about it.
You can if you want to. Most people enjoy it as an alternative to their usual drink rather than alongside one. But if you’re looking to replace tonic water with something more flavorful or add a little kick to your cocktail, a splash works great as a mixer.
Store it in the refrigerator for the best experience. Keep your soda cool and out of direct sunlight until you’re ready to enjoy it. Keep out of reach of anyone under 21 and pets.
