Refund/Return Policy

All return/refund requests must be made within 30-45 days after you have purchased your product. Requests made after the 45 day period will not be accepted. To begin a refund/return process, please fill out our Refund Request Form.

Returning Unopened Products

If you are returning unopened products, kindly send it back in its original condition with the order number and original packing slip. We will pay for your return shipping!

Issued Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return which you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take about 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Exchanges/Wrong Items/Damaged Products

If you have received any incorrect items, damaged items, or would like to process an exchange, simply contact support@budpop.com and we will be able to help you from there.

Missing Products

If you are missing an item from your order, reach out to support@budpop.com with your order number and item that is missing.
