How fast does it hit, and how long does it last?
Effects hit in as little as 15 minutes and last up to four hours. Nano-emulsification breaks the THC into droplets small enough to disperse through the liquid, so it starts absorbing far sooner than an edible you have to digest.

Yes. Every batch is third-party tested for potency and purity, and the test results are published in the form of a Certificate of Analysis (COA) on our website. We make our sodas in a cGMP facility from USA-grown, federally legal hemp (Farm Bill-compliant with 0.3% or less Delta-9 THC by dry weight).

I don't drink anymore. Is this okay for me?
That’s yours to decide, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise. Our sodas contain THC, so it isn’t a non-alcoholic beer — it’s a different type of drink that does a different job. It has no alcohol in it (0.0% ABV). If you’re in recovery, talk to whoever you’d normally talk to about it.
Can I drink it with alcohol?
You can if you want to. Most people enjoy it as an alternative to their usual drink rather than alongside one. But if you’re looking to replace tonic water with something more flavorful or add a little kick to your cocktail, a splash works great as a mixer.
Is this legal where I live?
Our THC soda is hemp-derived and federally compliant (contains 0.3% or less Delta-9), which makes it legal in most states. We only ship to states where hemp-derived products are legal.
Will it show up on a drug test?
