SHIPPING POLICY

Almost all orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, however, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Times

Our shipping times are during our operating hours which is Monday-Saturday. This excludes Holidays and Sundays.

We offer different shipping methods:

Free shipping on orders over $99+

Delivers between 5-7 days on average after processing, but kindly allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive as carriers face delays at times.

Standard Ground Shipping

Delivers up to 5 days after order is processed.

Expedited Shipping

Delivers up to 3 days after order is processed. This shipping method is not available for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii and for orders over 5lbs.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to updates as the carriers sometimes do not update it right away.

Making changes to your shipping address

Our team ships orders daily from Monday-Saturday. Unfortunately, if you input your shipping address incorrectly, it is likely that we will not be able to update your shipping address before it is sent out.
